How much does a tax return cost?

The price of your tax return can vary based on a number of factors like the amount of deductions or additional schedules.

To give you a bit of an idea, our personal tax returns start from $150 (exGST)

This is tax-deductible to you in the next Financial Year

How do you charge?

We typically take our fee from your refund (where a refund is available). This way there's nothing upfront for you to pay. Alternatively we can invoice you if you would prefer. 

How can I complete my tax return with you?

You can choose to complete your tax return online, over the phone, via email or in person. 

In fact we've had instances where our clients will send us an SMS just requesting we start the process and we'll set everything up for them and contact them to finalise it.

Our objective is to make it easy and convenient for you. 

How long does it take to complete and how soon will I get my refund?

Provided we have all the information we need to finalise and lodge your tax return we can have your tax return completed during your appointment, if not shortly after.

If we are waiting on additional items from you then this will increase the length of time it will take to lodge your return.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to be issued from the ATO

How do I know what I can claim?

What's involved in the process and how do I get started?

The process is very easily. Simply book a time that is convenient to you. We'll send you through a confirmation email as well as checklist to help you get prepared. At your appointment time we'll contact you on your preferred method and work with you to finalise your return with you.

What do I do if I don't have receipts?

Sadly, receipts are required in order to substantiate your claims. We've seen an increased amount of ATO Investigations in relation to work related deductions.  

Why should I lodge with you and not by myself?

Tax is complicated, even if your situation is relatively simple, understanding the labels in the tax return can be confusing and overwhelming.

For example, A return that may take you 3 hours to prepare yourself may only take us 1 because of our years of experience.
